From those we have worked with ...

Ceri produced a social mobility research review for teachers and staff in schools.  She painstakingly trawled through research papers, journals and policy papers and then put together 9 chapters in an easy to read style. Ceri did a great job of distilling down a huge amount of information for us and her work will be invaluable as we now build our  course ready for roll-out.  We would definitely recommend her to others.

Working with Ceri gave us a fresh look at our practices, and supported new approaches but also in some areas reinforced our thinking.  She produced an evaluation framework which responds to Oxford's circumstances and way of working.  It was informed by Ceri's extensive knowledge of the sector and national policy landscape.  We are now working with Ceri on a new project and value her input and her professional approach to working with us.

Nursaw Associates were successful in undertaking a commission to update our NHS Careers Work Experience Toolkit and guide.  Nursaw Associates provided a comprehensive service including further research on best practice, editing and design and providing a fully designed interactive toolkit.  The project involved liaison with  a wide range of stakeholders including NHS Trusts, other healthcare providers and with teachers and college advisors, enabling us to learn what will help organisations grow their work experience programmes. Nursaw delivered the commission on time and to very high production standards.  We would not hesitate to recommend Nursaw Associates.
Mike Farrell, Head of Education Transformation, Health Education England

"In developing our new Lifelong Learning Strategy at Warwick we wanted to fully understand the national context and how our peers were responding.  Nursaw Associates provided a succinct analysis of national policy and insight into other university approaches - it really helped us to shape our thinking.  I know Warwick will want to work with Nursaw Associates again for their unique knowledge of higher education and professional approach."  Darren Wallis, Director of the Centre for Lifelong Learning, University of Warwick

"At the Office for Fair Access we used Nursaw Associates' understanding of the sector and fair access to assess and compile best practice for the National Strategy.  It involved reviewing over 260 submissions within a tight timescale and compiling and writing the best case studies which reflected the sector and our strategy.  Nursaw Associates produced exactly what we wanted and has saved us substantial time.  We will be using them again! "

Rachael Tooth, Policy Manager, Office for Fair Access.

"We wanted to know more about widening participation in postgraduate education at Birmingham.  Due to their in-depth knowledge of the higher education sector and widening participation Nursaw Associates were able to understand our requirements after just one meeting and a couple of telephone calls.  They gave us an insightful report with information about our institution and the wider sector, and recommendations which suited our organisation.  It’s had a significant impact enabling us to put in a meaningful bid to the HEFCE – I cannot recommend them more highly."

Gail Rothnie, Head of Outreach, University of Birmingham.
